@redgenkosi @Ghost_Android We dont need the parroting of a developmental state concept by politicians who can't even define it. We need to create a good governance system for the SOEs with accountable boards and competent executives at all levels. We need effective munics.
@redgenkosi @Ghost_Android The Systems Act needs urgent revision to improve accountability. I dont care a hoot what you call all of these from a conceptual foundation and paradigm. My position straddles the intersection between misty theory and strategic reality. I rest my case.
