The blowback got so bad that Dan Crenshaw had to make a video explaining that they're only having Discussions about Red Flag laws but nothing is imminent.

Don't let anyone tell you that #GunControl is popular, it isn't. Any so called right wing pundit who says this, is a shill.
When politicians are flirting with legislation that will betray their constituents, you raise hell and push back. Anyone who tells you to just blindly trust a politician, has an agenda. You can walk & chew gum at the same time. You can support AND question your fave politicians.
Anyone who questions Trump is Fake Maga is the right's version of anyone who disagrees with me is a racist.

Don't fall for it y'all. We love,defend and promote our great President but when he is proposing left wing legislation, we pushback . Dems da rules 😂

The white liberal sees racism where it does not exist, they ignore racism where it does exist ( see ilhan omar ) they constantly play on the fears and old wounds of African Americans. They blatantly lie and conflate illegal immigrants with legal ones.
They constantly create problems and then demand that we let them fix the very problems that they themselves created. They have institutionaly demonized the entire white race and made them the enemies of humanity.

The people who peddle such garbage are people who have something to sell you or profit from naive people who seek Justice in a dark world. They are snake oil salesmen and unprincipled grifters.
These people are no different than the televangelist who keeps old people giving them money by promising them a miracle that never comes.

#2A - It never ceases to amaze me how the phrase, “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”, simply cannot be understood by such a large swath of the American people.
2.) I understand there are folks who don’t like the #2A , but pretending it’s not there or that it says something it doesn’t is lazy, arrogant, and tyrannical.
3.) #4A - We all have a right to be secure, in both our homes and our property, and against unreasonable search and seizure. But how secure are you when someone can make an unfounded claim and your house is entered and your property seized?

Red flag laws, what are they good for?

Let's talk about them.

I grew up in the 70's and 80's where stories of women being killed by ex-husbands & ex-boyfriends was a **regular staple** of the news. Most of these women were shot.
Getting anti-stalking laws passed took a long time. Many women died waiting for a restraining order which sometimes weren't even enforced when they were granted.
There is often PLENTY OF EVIDENCE a guy is talking about killing someone. Back in the 70's and 80's they left notes. They ranted on answering machines. Now they make social media posts.

They'll have often been arrested for assaulting their target in the past.

1. Red flag laws, sometimes called extreme risk protection order laws, allow a judge to issue an order that enables law enforcement to confiscate guns from individuals deemed a risk to themselves or others.
2. The Feds are looking to accelerate an already quickening adoption of these laws by enforcing them everywhere. Your state govt does not matter.
3. These laws are being written as “tattle tale” laws, allowing people who don’t like you to report you and have your rights stripped away...sounds a little like Twitter.
