I'm really grateful to the people who set Spinster up, as it doesn't silence gender critical voices. So many of us are being censored and banned on other social media sites eg Twitter.

We need an alternative.

I joined Spinster:
1/ To support and be part of a potential alternative to Twitter, as Twitter seems to be run by misogynists.
2/ To engage with and hear silenced gender critical voices, eg Meghan Murphy.
3/ In case Twitter bans me, as it bans so many gender critical voices.

It's important to me that Spinster allows exchange of views and open debate on a variety of issues.
I don't just want to talk/listen to gender critics.
I also want to engage with those with opposing views.

It's important to me that Spinster is a place for discussion and debate with everyone, not just with women.
I value the support/input of women, and I value the support/input of men and trans people.
I value dissenting voices - whether womens, mens, trans.

I joined Twitter because I live quite isolated and wanted an outlet/exchange for my political energies.
I sought not so much a community of like-minded people, but rather to share info and raise awareness, including my own, on all sorts of issues - not just gender criticism.

I suppose for me I don't see much point in solely preaching to the converted, and I'm not looking for an online social club.

I hope Spinster will be a real alternative to Twitter.
For me, that means all (non-abusive) voices need to be a part of it - womens, mens and trans.
No banning or silencing for dissent or disagreement over ideology. Only for actual abuse.

For me, I want men and trans women to be included on Spinster.
