Wade Robson claims he never forgot one moment of MJ allegedly abusing him. Yet, his story is constantly changing. Let's see how many versions we have about when he claims MJ first abused him. In his deposition he said this:
In his lawsuit he claims the same - ie. that the first time he was abused was on that first weekend when he was there with his family. He specifically states that Chantal was there too, only she chose to sleep upstairs.
In his lawsuit he goes into a detailed description of what allegedly happened, quotes what MJ supposedly told him verbatim etc.
But in a book draft he was shopping in late 2012, his initial story was different. There he claimed nothing happened on that first weekend while his family was there, the abuse only started after his family (including Chantal) left for the Grand Canyon & he was left alone with MJ
In his book he wrote about that first weekend: "I don't believe anything out of the ordinary happened that night". When asked in 2016 if it is consistent with his recollection Wade answers: "Yeah, I don't really remember".
But didn't he say he never forgot one moment of his alleged abuse? That's right, he did! But when in his deposition he was confronted with his different versions, he explained it with his "memory" evolving. Nice euphemism for changing stories. LOL.
There's more. His story isn't consistent with his sister's. In his lawsuit he claims that Chantal became concerned after spending the first night in MJ's bed and because of that went upstairs. Acc. to Wade that's when MJ started molesting him on the 2nd night.
But this is inconsistent with his sister's 2005 testimony where she made it clear that actually it was the other way around: it was the first night she spent upstairs, and the second, rather than becoming concerned, she grew more comfortable with MJ and slept downstairs too.
Now, this second one might seem like a minor issue, but it isn't when Wade completely misrepresents his sister's state of mind.
Apparently with his version of the story he tries to suggest that Chantal had some sort of subconscious concern with MJ after one night in his room, but it is clear from her 2005's testimony that her state of mind was exactly the opposite:
Rather than a growing concern she became more comfortable with MJ. So this seems to be another little deception by Wade.
I especially like the big contrast between Wade telling about that alleged first night of abuse in minute detail in his lawsuit and the "Yeah, I don't really remember" in his deposition when confronted with the contradiction with his book.
Detailed "memories" in one version of the story and "Yeah, I don't really remember" in another version about the same night. Lol.
