In or around 2002, the victim who was 14 years old or younger, was routinely abused for 3 years in Epstein's 9 E 71st st property. As a consequence of his crimes against her, unsurprisingly, she has suffered emotional distress, depression and ptsd in the years that followed.
The two people being sued are Epstein's long time fixer, his lawyer, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn who's President of Gratidude America and treasurer of the C.O.U.Q foundations, both Epstein owned. Indyke and Kahn are listed as executors of his estate.
Facing serious financial strain, exacerbated by the victim's younger sister who suffered a serious medical condition, she was approached by a woman in her teens who offered her a chance to make money.
Victim was taken to his 9 E 71st address where she was led upstairs to the massage room where Epstein awaited. The recruiter joined in on the abuse. This after the victim told him truthfully how old she was. I'm going to skip the descriptions of what happened in that room...
After the first encounter, the victim returned many more times to the 71st residence doing the "massages" and getting $300 afterwards. Skipping more descriptive details here... Suffices to say the encounters grew more and more abusive as time went on.
