#Truthofdefencebudget #StreamlineMOD 1. I have covered Ordnance Factories in past. 41 factories, OFB, numerous offices across, 90% factories produce junk. Just 4-6 factories can reach the bar. Salaries! Pensions! NFU! NOW STRIKE. Ideal moment for Govt to strike.
#StreamlineMoD 2. In name of “Armed Forces Salaries & Pensions”, the country believes that COMPLETE DEFENCE budget is consumed by Armed Forces. Study each org & only then India will know that OFB, DRDO, MoD, Def PSUs gulp more than 70% budget.
#StreamlineMoD 3. Ordnance Factory strike is a boon. India will now know the truth. This White Elephant guzzles Def Budget. The mental turmoil I go through each day to ward off image of Armed Forces & Veterans being parasites on country is too traumatic to bear.

#StreamlineMoD 5. I have only one appeal to @PMOIndia Why is every rupee of Defence Budget not being made ACCOUNTABLE by orgs to whom it’s allotted? Why are only Forces traumatised by MoD? How can beneficiaries of Def Budget bite the hand that feeds? How can they blackmail Govt?
#StreamlneMoD 6. It wouldn’t affect India if 12-13 DRDO labs are closed today. 50% of Ministry of Defence Staff can be released, Defence Estates is Adarsh and more, Defence Accounts can be 100% software based, NCC-check how many children join forces, MES-it’s money money & money.
#StreamlneMoD 7. CSD-Complete rethink is required. It’s den of corruption from Adelphi to depots. JS&CAO, DGQA, DGAQA, Dte of Standardisation, Dte of Plg and Coord - Again these five organisations are best 9-5 holiday for full work life. Massive salaries, pensions and NFU.
#StreamlneMoD 8. The entire MoD, policies, organisations feeding on Def Budget need a 100% overhaul, refit and given a look tailored to INDIAN INDIA and not BRITISH INDIA for which they were made. From CDS to CSD we need change. @PMOIndia will do great favour to nation.
