Any woman who has worked in media has seen this in action, and how mediocre white men join up to bilk and swindle credit and recognition away from far more qualified women
They do it to men who are not white as well, and of course women of color get the worst treatment of all. It is endemic.
When I see men from my past taking credit for all I've done, I just want to remind them of what happens to people who make me very angry. They live to regret it for the rest of their lives. You don't piss off investigative reporters.
I mean, obviously it's not just media. But I've only really worked in media so I can only speak in that capacity
