This is a good idea. I’m sure other progressive candidates would support it and should have already been done. Best if people didn’t live paycheck to paycheck but this would help real people until we fix the major issue.
If we can pass policy that deeply impacts the working class we should do it. If she said this was a solution to low wages she would be wrong. But she didn’t. Not every policy is going to be revolution.
Lastly, no matter who it is, if your candidate tweeted this exact thing you’d probably like it. I’m glad we have multiple candidates contributing ideas that will help people. It doesn’t hurt anyone to accept this idea and pass it swiftly. It’s actually good.
