The FT's interactive graphic of Corbyn's influencers reads like a Weberian analysis of an anarchist group. It's formally correct but fails to understand - we are all part of a mass, cultural movement with a history and complex networks...

I'm down as an "edge" influencer who only criticises JC lightly. Here's an example of my light criticism:
In fact, my journalism is drawn from 100s of conversations with activists, politicos and through taking action - i.e. praxis: what gives our movement power is most of us spent decades fighting neoliberalism - that's what all the sub-networks have in common...
Fair play to the FT for trying, but it's just another example of how PPE world fails to comprehend radical and heterodox political movements. And it misses the big influencers on JC: the people he meets randomly asking for selfies...

2/ Talk about what's happening at work. The anger is deep - much deeper than Cummings etc calculated... break the taboo on talking politics at work... it usually takes 3 days for the whole population to realise something big is happening...
3/ You didn't see this on the media... but Labour, Green and Libdem politicians joined our invasion of the space around parliament. We need to give them the confidence to break down all the barriers to joint resistance

Now, where was I? Oh yes, threads earlier talking about v likely #Corbyn #Labour government that failure of MV3 has created. I warn you that I've been to a Bottomless Brunch of Prosecco with some of my cousins, but short thread follows.
Let's start here: even in their best case scenario, #Labour is likely to be in a minority. Evidence is legion that they are going to catch an absolute *tonking* in Scotland, and I'd be surprised if they had held more than one seat there as things stand.
In that situation, LDs, SNP, Green, Plaid will try to hold them to another #EUref. Given c.25-35 Labour rebels, they will need a combined majority of 50-70 to avoid tearing themselves apart over this. That's the first step.

First, to quote the great Ann Coulter, it's laughable to think that any Founder, Framer or Amender of the Constitution intended for American citizenship to be the prize in a game of Red Rover with the Border Patrol. We're a nation of laws, after all.
Second, #14Amendment was one of three emancipation-related amendments to the #Constitution, designed to grant citizenship to former slaves and their children. The congressional record shows nobody believed 600,000 Americans died to give Congress the chance to open the borders.

Sifting through the vile and unwarranted bullying that was present in the comments section of the content, what I saw was a number of users complaining that this kind of content is wildly unachievable and has significantly lowered their own confidence/satisfaction.
It’s important for influencers/bloggers to understand that we have a responsibility to our audience and the balance between revenue and audience satisfaction is a delicate one.

Any “influence” over our audience has a certain moral responsibility that comes with it.
