2/ Like all alt-right driven movements, the online space gives rabid No Dealers the false illusion that everyone agrees with them. Despite that, they are not vocal in public space right now - in part because the Lexiteers call for resistance has drawn a class line through Leave
3/ The atmosphere of crisis almost never translates to the doorstep. Its one thing to hold an election amid food shortages and with an imminent deadline... but on the doorstep local stuff always matters, esp if Parliament insists on a delay to A50 before dissolution...
4/ Stop panicking about Cummings. His strategy hasn't worked, he's a bully who can't manage people unless an armed cop is by his side, and the OODA/John Boyd bullshit didn't stop the Americans losing in Vietnam...

@hopenothate 6/ What to do: no vote to dissolve Parliament unless Johnson goes to EU, agrees an extension. Otherwise use the 14 day period to form a caretaker government to do just this: a two to six month extension in which an election can be called fairly.

@hopenothate 8/ The media is so useless, with the talk radio channels acting as verbal sewers for a prejudiced minority and the BBC so clearly failing - we need our own media. The billionaires will throw everything against not just JC but the Libdems, Greens and nationalists.
@hopenothate 9/ As I've said before: if Farage and Johnson form a pact, then the progressive parties have to form a pact. If we lose, this is the last free and fair election in Britain - Johnson's faction of the Tories will use voter ID, delegitimisation, boundary rigging etc to ensure that.
