Because Brexit date moved:
- The unilateral road transport measures extended to end July 2020;
- Air to October 2020;
- Fisheries to 2020;

2/ UK beneficiaries will be able to continue participating in programs funded out of the EU Budget through 2020, on the condition the UK makes its 2020 budget contribution and retains financial transparency.
3/ Much as the UK Government plans to use the power of the purse to support workers and businesses impacted by No-Deal, the EU has authorized use of the European Solidarity Fund and European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (ironic) to do so.
