1. There are different sides to the summary of why we do what we do in life. Fulfillment and Impact are some good sides but another crucial one is Honour. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
2. Lots of people might not be able to put Honour into perspective of the reason they do what they do but the fundamental truth is that it is a huge reason. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
3. This is how you test it: if what you do dishonors you or you are dishonored while doing it, you’ll notice that it will challenge other reasons of your action. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
4. For instance, A man that is constantly dishonored while making effort to make impact in his industry will be faced with the question of whether its worth it to make impact. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
5. But if more people can be honored by the system and the people around them wherever they do what they do, our communities will be a better place. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
6. Hence, as a #Leader that his goal reaches beyond achieving the common goal to developing others in the process, you must teach your team members FIRST to honour you and then others regardless of status. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
7. The reason is because Honour doesn’t come by default; it must be taught. Also, the Honour you’ve not taught them to give to you cannot be given to others. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
8. If men are developed like this in every sector, our neighborhoods, communities and countries will be a better place. #MakingMen #LeadershipDevelopment
