Good evening friends, welcome to another #Audacious Sunday, we trust you are doing good today. Happy first Sunday of the month of May. This month shall birth us all miracles.

I want to do a big appreciation to @subomiplumptre for an awesome time on #Audacious last Sunday. For everyone who joined in, you will attest that it was a wholesome package, an eye opening experience.

I can tell that she's well vast in the field of talking about Investment and Wealth creation, and that is why I tried as much to bring her on here.
@subomiplumptre, I have already made a decision on the investment I'm making, thanks to you. #Audacious

Secondly, I want to appreciate her for agreeing to come on this platform, it was such an honor to host her and to say that I didn't meet her in person, yet she did this speaks a lot about who she is. Thank you ma @subomiplumptre for everything. #Audacious

Today, I will be speaking briefly on something I learnt in an advance leadership class I once attended.
I title this broadcast: THE MINDSET OF EXTRA ORDINARY LEADER

Before I begin to talk about the extra ordinary leader, let's try to define who a leader is.

A leader according to the dictionary means, someone who rules or guides or inspire others. #Audacious

A leader can also be defined as someone who has commanding authority or influence, the first principal performer of a group. #Audacious

Now, let's make attempt to define EXTRAORDINARY.

EXTRAORDINARY means, very unusual, very different from what is normal or ordinary. Something extremely good or impressive. #Audacious

Now, let's combine the two words, Extra Ordinary Leader is a very unusual, very different leader (someone who rules, guides and inspire others. Someone who has a commanding authority or influence). #Audacious

I believe everyone should have a modicum of influence no matter how bad ones lifestyle is. In fact, I make bold to say that leadership don't have to be spoken of only in the good light, even though, it is meant to be a positive earmark of every individual. #Audacious

But you will all agree with me that influence can be positive and also negative, and leadership is spoken of in terms of influence.
Truth is, whatever you are doing with your life right now, someone must have influenced you. #Audacious

You wear a white shirt everyday, someone must have influenced you. You behave in some ways, someone or something must have influenced you. You don't just become who you are, you become by simply observing and imbibing what you see or hear, either consciously or unconsciously.

Simply put, whoever taught you those things, from whoever you glean those stuffs, you are a follower of that person. He/She is your leader.
He/she have a modicum of influence over your life. #Audacious

Now, I will share three mindset of Extra Ordinary Leaders:
1. Extra Ordinary Leaders have goal-getting mindset. They dare to dream, very strategic.
They make sure adding value is a must about their lives. They always want to make a difference. #Audacious

This mindset is powerful for leaders, not just setting the goals, but also getting the goals set.
They possess the ability to make people see, run and deliver results on a given vision. You run with their vision and you may not even know it. #Audacious

2. Extra Ordinary Leaders are simply exemplary.
I have always said this, a leader is not a leader because there are people to lead, they are leaders because they can lead themselves.
Don't attempt to lead others without first leading yourself. #Audacious

To lead others in goal setting, you must lead yourself first in goal setting and getting your goals.
If you can lead yourself well, you will lead others well.
#Audacious

3. Extra Ordinary Leaders are Bold and Courageous. Never afraid to fail. They are daring in actions, they don't procrastinate.

They see barriers as opportunity for breakthrough. They don't take NO for an answer. #Audacious

This leaders don't stop until they see the result of what they are doing.
If you give up too soon, you are not an extra ordinary leader.

You've got to learn to say NO to NO. #Audacious

Every leader may be doing all of these things enumerated above, but only an Extra Ordinary Leader do them best, do them in very unusual way.
