New: House Intel Committee chair @RepAdamSchiff sent a 5-page letter to Michael Flynn & his attorneys on Friday, saying he has “failed to comply with the Committee’s subpoena or cooperate with the Committee’s efforts to secure [his] compliance.” Flynn now has to appear Sept. 25.

@RepAdamSchiff Quote from said committee staffer: "General Flynn and his counsel have failed to cooperate with the Committee in all respects — he has provided no documents in response to our subpoena, nor has he engaged with the Committee in an appropriate or satisfactory manner."
@RepAdamSchiff Here is the section of the letter which provides more information on Flynn’s reasons, stated through his lawyers, for not fully cooperating: He's "already provided large caches of documents" to Congress, cooperation with Congress/SCO has been “financially exhausting,” etc.
