judges do matter, is the point...and literally any Dem candidate president would have appointed judges that would have ultimately ruled differently in that case...and that matters, unless you think the only point is to burn everything down...in which case you're an asshole
And yes I know the decision came in 2013, but the justices who comprised the majority in the case and gutted the Act were appointed by republicans, whom we were told (by idiots) weren't that bad and surely no worse than their Dem opponents bc "all Neo liberal shills! arggghhh!!"
