It's increasingly looking like Trump has spent the last few months extorting Ukraine, withholding taxpayer-funded military assistance to pressure them into helping his reelection campaign. themoscowproject.org/dispatch/trump…

It remains unknown what Trump "promised;" however, Trump has recently withheld aid against Russia, and he reportedly told Ukraine's president he could "improve relations" by investigating Joe Biden shortly before the whistleblower filed the complaint. independent.co.uk/news/world/ame…
That aid was unexpectedly released one week ago, after lawmakers expressed concerns over the administration's stance and began investigating Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani for his role in pressuring Ukraine's government. reuters.com/article/us-usa…

1/ I know a few people are excited about Mueller's testimony but I am not.

Mueller released a report that said he failed to establish a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia to influence the election. That doesn't mean it didn't happen, but the report isn't
2/ exactly a call to impeachment in its examination of what went down between Trump campaign members and Russian nationals. Further, Mueller did not indict a single American on charges of conspiracy with a foreign power to unfairly influence the election.
3/ The report does say, however, with regards to obstruction, that there are ground you can run with if the House wants to go that route.

So that's the report. I'm not excited about Mueller testifying because the guy called a press conference and basically said he wan't going

(2/5) What I have read, is a #report that finds no proof of obstruction and no underlying crime to obstruct..
(3/5) The so-called “evidence” is a collage of unsupported allegations - mostly by disgruntled former employees with an axe to grind

1/ Whenever I ask for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I get this circular-reasoning response:
How do you know that there was no collusion?
My answer: I'm NOT claiming there was no collusion, but I see #ZEROEvidence that Trump colluded. SHOW me your EVIDENCE!
2/ If I were to claim that you murdered someone, I would need to provide evidence of this. My claim does not make it have some sort of merit. If you insist you did not do this and want me to stop pushing such as accusation in public b/c it really did not happen, that makes sense.
3/ Would an innocent person remain silent in the face of a massive campaign by those who don't like that person making unsubstantiated claims? Would they not want to put an end to it? If I were #Trump, I would want this thing shut down too as it looks to be a witch hunt.
