i was researching the origins of an antisemitic meme, happened upon a bizarre 20 year old manifesto, and within half a dozen searches found a citation in a book about domestic violence citing the manifesto author's involvement in the 'fathers' rights movement.'
i'm not sure we give enough weight to the powerful link between far right extremist views and violence against women. it just keeps showing itself.
in this particular instance, i was looking up the "jews have been expelled from 109 countries" story and found a 1995 manifesto by john knight, a man who has been jailed for refusing to pay child support & wants to repeal the 19th amendment and exile black people from the US. 
it's a pattern i see over and over and over again. look at john marion king, a superfan of chris the crying nazi cantwell - he ran for school board in indiana as an open white supremacist in 2012. in 2007, he was convicted of choking his 17 year old daughter unconscious.
