For alignment, build trust & get into constructive arguments that lead to commitment and accountability

Follow-up closely, be patient, as results may take time to become consistent & as expected

Make sure you build a consistent strategic and operational story that can spread internally and externally.

Build frameworks of internal & external communication for consistency and discipline.

Monitor closely that people use them accordingly.
We never over-communicate as it creates compounded effects, it's our consciousness fueling our unconsciousness.

(The only exception it's when people under-deliver under the wrong leaders & managers)

It contributes to self-awareness and performance.
Define your strategic plan, write it down, with clear "what", "what for", "when" and "who"

Define your operational plan, write it down, with clear "principles" on how things must be done, in which timeframe.

Define the KPIs attached to those plans.
Share it with the team, make them committed and accountable. Towards results.

Share it with your closed advisors and investors, on a regular basis, with the right set of KPIs (medium.com/kima-ventures/…)

Build the public story as awareness matters in a world of fomo & momentum
