It enables better interactions through mutual understanding & alignment

It attracts people's attention, serves as a tangible marker, generates compounded effects as clear messages travel on a regular basis among people, internally & externally
For better interactions, mutual understanding, make sure that the way a message is shared matches with how it's perceived (as opposed to received)

Ask people what they have understand from what you said. Use a framework of logic in thinking & writing (…)

Why is it important ?

Who is in charge of Which matter ?

When is it due ?

How is it expected ?


no agenda = no clarity
no clarity = no plan
no plan = no actions
no actions = no commitments
no commitments = no accountability

For alignment, build trust & get into constructive arguments that lead to commitment and accountability

Follow-up closely, be patient, as results may take time to become consistent & as expected

Match tolerance with high expectations (…)
Make sure you build a consistent strategic and operational story that can spread internally and externally.

Build frameworks of internal & external communication for consistency and discipline.

Monitor closely that people use them accordingly.
We never over-communicate as it creates compounded effects, it's our consciousness fueling our unconsciousness.

(The only exception it's when people under-deliver under the wrong leaders & managers)

It contributes to self-awareness and performance.
Define your strategic plan, write it down, with clear "what", "what for", "when" and "who"

Define your operational plan, write it down, with clear "principles" on how things must be done, in which timeframe.

Define the KPIs attached to those plans.
Share it with the team, make them committed and accountable. Towards results.

Share it with your closed advisors and investors, on a regular basis, with the right set of KPIs (…)

Build the public story as awareness matters in a world of fomo & momentum
