I love how Twitter feeds me with opinions, lessons & interactions. You are free to use it the way you want. It feels like the company actually respects how people adopt the platform.

You don't need followers to enjoy it,
You can engage/disengage easily,

The platform is still trapped in infinity through the constant flow of content and interactions that prevent people from mastering the time they pass on Twitter and how it feeds them in a meaningful way.

This search for fulfillness-enabling consumer apps is real,

Entrepreneurs building a new kind of products, allowing people to perform simple actions that will explicitly help them find true fulfillness, this is the next wave of companies that we are looking to invest in the consumer space.

We don't want those teams to fall into the trap of capital/power/growth/ego greed initiated by the need of raising funds to sustain periods of team, product building & user adoption.

PS: VC & Entrepreneurs will never be fully & truly aligned, this is emotionally impossible,

The narrative of those app is simple: people are in search for meaning.

Candid & utopian, yet fulfillness is a true form of authentic satisfaction. It's when your inner emotions provide you with a sense of accomplishment, happiness, contented feeling that compound over time.

While meaningless, artificial, fake, doped interactions (click like to trigger) compound towards depression at worst & disillusion at best.

Now, what should those app foster, through which primitives?

Live Interactions: Socialisation is a necessary way of reflection,

Self Reflections: Self-honesty is the first step of finding a fulfilled path,

True Recognition: We need proof of love & gratitude,

Constant Learning: It's a universal measure of progress.

Live Interactions: with closed ones @zenlyapp, with the world @dicefm,

Self Reflections: passive with meditation, active with journaling,

True Recognition: social engagement, pay-it-forward actions,

Constant Learning: reading, double down on a passion.

I would love to see and use more applications that trigger the narrative of fulfillness through honestly built primitives.
