THREAD: 1/ Announcing the details of the @Andela <> @Cc_HUB + @InnovationVilla partnership to ensure our departing engineers secure great jobs with great companies. Please RT to bring this to the attention of interested companies.

3/ The Plan: We partnered with @Cc_HUB (Nigeria) and @InnovationVilla (Uganda) to offer job matching services & ongoing support. We have a list of several dozen interested companies and will be coordinating the efforts to connect impacted engineers with the best opportunities.
4/ The Process: A team at @Andela will manage the process of gathering contact information from exiting engineers who opt in to share their information, and will be providing those details to @Cc_HUB & @InnovationVilla by EOD Friday, September 20.
5/ @Cc_HUB @InnovationVilla will screen interested companies to understand their needs, and match them with prospective. CcHUB will also be hosting a series of interview days for interested companies. All official communications will come from CcHUB/Innovation Village.
6/ Massive shout out to the various players in tech ecosystems across Africa who rallied to help set these engineers up for success. Special shoutout to @bosuntijani @femilonge @TounAnjous!
7/ PS: We launched this initiative to simplify this process, make it transparent, and insert some level of quality control for both the engineers and companies. Of course, every company and engineer is also free to engage outside of this process.
8/ For folks out there managing engineering teams and in the sharing spirit, you're welcome to add a reply and share pro tips you've learned in terms of hiring great engineers, motivating them, managing them, etc.
