James Safechuck '14 Complaint: I told mom during '05 trial that MJ was "a bad man" and I "had been abused."

Stephanie Safechuck '17: I danced when MJ died - "he can't hurt anymore children."

James Safechuck '19 Oprah: I didn't realize it was abuse until '13 when Wade came out.

Let's suspend all disbelief & take James' 2014 claims at face value—that he told his mom he'd been abused by MJ in '05.

This means that during the trial, James:

1.) Knew MJ abused him.
2.) Told his mom of the abuse.
3.) Hated MJ.

All as the state sought new victims against MJ.

James claims that MJ and unnamed lawyers were repeatedly threatening him to testify in '05 (despite James being a non-entity to the case and irrelevant to the defense).

Did James or Stephanie record any of these calls to turn over to the state or report the threats to DA? No.

As a 27 yr old man, James had the ability to make a difference in '05 by helping secure the conviction of the "bad man" he claimed abused him 100s of times over 6 years.

If we believe JS' 14 version, he & his mom effectively became an "accessory after the fact" by protecting MJ.

Nothing stopped James Safechuck from filing a new complaint against MJ in 2005 if he truly believed he'd been abused and that MJ was a bad man who was still hurting others.

This would had been the silver lining Sneddon needed for his case. James could had "saved" Gavin & others.

So much should had triggered James to put an end to his "abuser's" reign in 05, had there been any truth to it.

He and his mother sat passively by, never reporting any of these alleged crimes to anyone even to help other supposed victims.

Yet James is now seen as some CSA hero?

The alternative to believing any of James' stories of when he knew he'd been abused & 1st told it (don't forget "I would've taken it to my grave if MJ were alive" from CBS)...is to acknowledge the obvious—James is full of BS and therefore cannot keep any of his stories straight.
