Cool. I am expected to use @BeaconCBT for mental health support at work, despite their useless response to my flagging that it's irresponsible and triggering that their online intake has a required question about weight. They won't help me unless I tell them what I weigh? Brutal.

@BeaconCBT Oh my actual god. So I completed @BeaconCBT's online assessment honestly (except for saying I weighed 11 pounds).
I got back these initial "insights", with the assurance that "A @BeaconCBT clinician will review your full assessment and come back to you with a personalized recommendation for moving forward. You should expect an email within the next two to five business days."

Stress: Pretty much fine

* Unsurprising! I have too much social anxiety! That's what I'd hoped @BeaconCBT could maybe help with.
Just now I got this email. Apparently @BeaconCBT can't help me! I'm sure this has nothing to do with my being critical of the intake process, etc. Ugh. I can't imagine why more people don't self-advocate when it comes to dealing with mental health "professionals."
