I won't go over what's in the above story as it stands on it's own. The section about Citrix is particularly interesting. I will however add a few more details related to Newcome. 
In one of the Jane Doe depositions, she claimed that a man from Wexner's home town worked for Epstein and maintained all the computers in his Palm Beach residence.
That person MIGHT be Newcome, but the only thing that makes it sound like it could be someone else is that she calls him "young." He's 64 atm back then he was in his 40's so, guess it's up to discussion whether that could be seen as young or not.

This from the Guiffre memoir is also interesting. A hidden room full of surveillance equipment in Epstein's NYC residence. Not sure if Newcome was involved in setting and/or maintaining that.
Back to Newcome, his current company Ambassador Software Works received funding from Rev1 ventures which is a regional partner of Ohio Third Frontier.
Ohio Third Frontier provided 21 million dollars in funding for the Neurotechnology Innovations Translator in conjunction with OSU. Dr. Ali Rezai who was director of OSU's Neuroscience Program was also director of Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center’s Center for Neuromodulation.
Dr. Ali Rezai left his position in 2017 citing concerns with OSU Wexner.
Of course Epstein's BFF and co-conspirator/funder, Les Wexner has a mountain load of ties to Ohio and Ohio State University.

Besides also being on the Ohio State industrial advisory board, he is also listed as a Professor there, teaching in the Electrical Engineering department.

His bio on the OSU Industrial board does appear 'sanitized' as stated in the story, even in earlier versions on the wayback machine his is the only profile that shows up weird. Current one only list his Ambassador software works company.
