I just emailed the State Department asking for comment on 3 simple questions:

1. How long has the additional aid to Ukraine ($141.5M by the State Department) been under assessment?
2. Can the State Department say with certainty that no one outside of the State Department had any influence on the implementation or announcement of this funding?
3. Is it a coincidence that the State Department's announcement of this funding came on the same day that the Department of Defense announced that their $250M in funding was released?
Americans deserve to know the answers to these questions, given that the State Department arranged Giuliani's meeting with a top Ukrainian official where Giuliani pressed him to investigate Dems.

Corporate media and Congress refuses to ask about the $141,500,000 sent to Ukraine by the State Department. It is, in fact, central to the storyline here.
That’s my money, it’s your money. And someone high up at the State Department or the White House decided to give it to Ukraine on top of the $250M released by the DoD.
I’ve FOIA’d for all relevant communications but that will likely take a ton of time. The fact that Pompeo has gone multiple full length interviews without being asked about it is malfeasance.
