Did Trump corruptly use his office and taxpayer money to pressure Ukraine to give him a personal/political benefit?

Trump says he did it, his lawyer says he did it, a whistleblower reportedly says so too, a Trump-appointed IG says the whistleblower is credible, etc.
Did Biden corruptly use his office and taxpayer money to pressure Ukraine to give him/his son a personal/political benefit?

There's no evidence of it, even according to the people advancing the claims, the timeline doesn't make sense, Biden denies it, Ukraine denies it, etc.
All the evidence sits on one side of the scale. How do we bothsides this?

Based on the reporting of NYT, WaPo, and CNN, it was not—all have said the complaint describes multiple events. cnn.com/2019/09/19/pol…
A lot of commentators are maybe not taking seriously some elements of the reporting:
- the whistleblower complaint is about more than the transcript of the 7/25 call (NYT etc.)
- the ICIG is a professional (Politico)
- the ICIG found the complaint an “urgent concern”(his letters)
That all suggests to me that the whistleblower story is likely to expand beyond the malfeasance we know of today. I also expect something that’s (reasonably speaking) “within the authorities and responsibilities of the DNI” (the statutory scope of an “urgent concern”).

He took it to the acting Director of National Intelligence, Joseph Maguire. 2/5
Acting DNI Joseph Maguire was "alarmed" to the point that he REFUSED to share details with Congress and make himself, by all appearances, look like he's protecting Trump.

The IG was alarmed that the DNI didn't give info to the House Intel committee. 3/5

The #Whistleblower could well blow the lid off three-plus years of Trump/Russia shenanigans and expose Trump as the traitor he is, for all the world to see.

Let’s break it down:

1/ Per reports, the whistleblower reported on a “promise” Trump made to a “foreign leader” on the phone. The only foreign leader of consequence Trump spoke to on the phone in the relevant timeframe is—mirabile dictu—Vladimir Putin.
2/ Putin must realize that Trump is on thin ice, that impeachment is coming, that even Russian cyber-sabotage can’t make him win an election he loses by 8 million popular votes. If Vova wants any more juice, the time to squeeze the orange is now.

It also happens to be a Jewish holy site named after Abraham as well.
