POTUS could not look more bored if he picked up the remote and tried to change the channel on himself.

This is THE WORST SPEECH. And he has clearly not read it before.
Now he's not even reading punctuation as he go through a weird hodgepodge of Stephen Miller and Ivanka talking points, shuffled together in no particular order.
