"We applaud the decision to release the whistleblower complaint as it establishes that, ultimately, the
lawful whistleblower disclosure process can work.
We await the release of the complaint in its totality."

While WH may push it out then, could actually come out at anytime. Hearing some members of Congress have copies already -- could leak.
But either way, White House is releasing declassified WB complaint and partial transcript of Zelensky-POTUS call (released Wednesday am) in day/hours before Maguire is set to testify publicly about his handling of complaint.
