3. This underscores the fact that paying attention to the next generation is very critical if the future must be great. For the purpose of this discourse, we will focus our discussion around leading the millennials and Gen Z. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday

18. We must be flexible enough to glean wisdom & understanding that will aid and empower us in raising the next generation. The poverty mindset is a serious issue. And our youths must be equipped to deal with poverty correctly. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
19. Money must be a tool for the fulfilment of purpose, not an end in itself. In summary, let us reiterate the essential areas of changes that we need to implement in order to effectively lead the next generation. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
20. Success cannot be rated based on material things just like the prevalent thinking in this part of the world. Success is ultimately about legacy and impact, and not just material things. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday

23. A) Vision: We need to be aware of the need to reach the young generation, and to deliberately make efforts to reach them and be flexible enough in doing so. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday

25. We need to change our mindsets concerning the younger generation, our culture, leadership and brand should be based on total love, faith and total hope in them. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
26. Our mode of relating to the younger generation should change, we need to use flexible, scalable models of execution. Unlock keychain leadership and share power with young people. Initiate them into leadership. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
27. Fuel a warm community, warm is the new cool. We must know their expressions and understand their unique ways of doing things. Meet the young people in the various expressions of their generation: prioritize their needs. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
28. C) Music: Create music that is relevant to and build a bridge between church music and what young people listen to every day. Restore dignity, integrity, truth and passion to contemporary Christian music. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
29. D) Arts: Develop theater, art, exhibitions, dance shows, poetry that allows for excellent communication of the wisdom, love and power of God. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
30. Set new standards for industry performances. Build inroads to industry leaders and create platforms for the expression of talents. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
31. E) Literature: Inspire, write, publish and distribute books that translate biblical truth especially of the foundational level into a language that they can understand and build upon. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday

35. For too long we’ve separated the Word of God from the work of God. As the church, we’re called to be the body of Christ – the whole body. We’re not just called to be the mouth of Christ, but the feet and hands as well. @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
36. The way many Christians measure impact is by the size of the church or by the number of people in the church which is wrong. People ask, how come we have the biggest churches in our nation, yet we have high poverty rate? @gls_nigeria #LeadershipDiscourse #glsnig #leadtoday
