Never forget that those now howling for "due process" in non-criminal proceedings support, among others:

--stop and frisk
--"broken windows" policing
--death penalty for drug dealers
--immediate deportation w/o seeing a judge
--racial profiling
--unlimited executive power
Impeachment is a performance review, not a criminal investigation. Whistleblower complaints (& IDs of those filing them) are protected by law; they're not "hearsay."

But even if they were hearsay in a criminal trial, people are condemned to life in prison on less. Simmer down.
So I guess what I'm saying here is that America's Mayor can stop and frisk himself right up the ass.

Breaking #ICE news: After holding a trial, federal judge in Los Angeles rules that ICE cannot rely on patchwork of federal databases to detain people held in state and local custody, invalidating the single biggest method that ICE uses to detain people across the country.
Judge also rules that ICE cannot issue so-called "detainers" - requests to state/local jailers to hold people for ICE to pick up - in states that don't explicitly authorize their employees to cooperate with ICE. That means detainers are invalid in states like CA and NY.

#Breaking: Yesterday a factory what produced chemicals burned down in the French city of #Rouen, left a very dangerous hazard behind with a black oily layer across city and turning rain water into a black goo. And some people are still feeling sick after breathing in the smoke.
