We analyzed a list of about 70 terms relating to sex education and family planning, the usage of which we thought may have changed on since January 20, 2017.

On HHS websites, the use of the term “faith-based” increased by 35%, while the use of the terms “science-based” and “evidence-based” declined slightly. Other findings include an increase in the use of the term “abstinence.”
