3. Mazars actually filed the real returns and when they produce them it will be obvious and will prove Trump and his kids committed bank fraud with liar loans from @DeutscheBank. Fed time is 30 years each plus the NY time. That's why no golf today. IMO

2. protective order to sign. Unless Barr or somebody else put the SARs under a classification this looks like something else. Some reminders: It is a Trump related #SDNY case that US Attorney Berman should be recused in but isn't.
3. And the defendant is mid-level #FinCEN employee who is represented by Ben Brafman the same lawyer who represents Harvey Weinstein and other very rich clients. It's obvious that somebody is paying for her representation. I think it's likely the RNC and/or the Kochs.

Don’t overlook the real story here. Judge Marrero ruled that New York can give Trump’s tax returns to the grand jury that’s targeting Trump for indictment on state charges. He’ll be arrested the minute he’s no longer president. When I say Trump’s going to prison, I’m not kidding.
Even if Trump somehow manages to get the tax return thing reversed on appeal, or the grand jury can’t find anything indictable in his returns, they’re still going to indict him the hush money thing, the mortgage and insurance fraud, etc.
Trump’s criminal indictment on state charges is a given. And neither he nor any future president can pardon state charges. The real story when it comes to Trump is that he can’t just walk away from the presidency – he has to try to cut a resignation plea deal for reduced charges.
