Listen to this recording. May in her most condescending tone is attacking another progressive ally and literally making a case for supporting CPC in a minority government.
Many don’t realize, if CPC gets a minority govt, May would need to continue to prop up the govt until her climate plan makes it through the senate to royal assent. That would be years of propping up con policy until her plan is ultimately rejected by the senate.
Cons rule the committees on the senate. And definitely rule the energy and environmental committees that would need to approve the Bill proposed.
Meaning years of support for cons so the Green plan doesn’t die on the table.

Why would we start from scratch when we already have Bill 69 that’s reached royal assent and needs to be enacted. We’ve already spent 4 years traversing through the senate. Both Greens and NDP would require us to do it again.

NDP won’t support CPC. But Greens and May will.
That should give every progressive pause when considering for whom to vote.
