This is an attempt to influence votes by AFN. CANADA is in the middle of an election and the request is for a stay. UNTIL AN ELECTED GOVERNMENT GETS BACK IN PARLIAMENT.

Interesting since I saw condemnation last week in FN twitter of Bellegarde and more than one FN activist warning the AFN not to support Liberals Child Welfare compensation ruling.

Far left (left libertarian) FN radicals looking to unseat LPC are behind this. Supported by pincer attack from “progressives” by NDP & GPC stating they would approve unequivocally. But they can’t deliver this outright.

The Crown (the government bureaucracy) is required to examine the decision. Justice Dept. has opined the Tribunal acted unusual in its decision. The LPC caretaker government is unable to address the issue mid-election.

Scheer provides the attack from the right stating he would seek judicial review without caveats in order to block the decision. No surprise, since it was CPC government that severely underfunded FN Child Welfare in the first place going back to 2006.

NDP & GPC would have you believe the request for a STAY is an attempt to block compensation to FN children. IT’S NOT.

The Liberal government acknowledges compensation is appropriate and wants time to determine details with those affected and who qualifies for compensation.

The Liberal government IS NOT FIGHTING THE RULING. It’s asking for more time to examine the ruling and address the inconsistencies justice dept has noted in the request for a stay.

We have a caretaker government during the writ and it can NOT function as a sitting government.

Once again, all three opposition parties are working in unison to create a narrative putting LPC in voter’s poor perception. Two “Progressive” parties trying to provide the superior moral foil to CPC’s provocation that it would not accept the decision and seek to overturn it.

It’s a false narrative and propaganda. The LPC have clearly announced the discriminatory nature of the FN Child Welfare system, underfunded by Harper CPC.

LPC are acknowledging compensation is required, but can not address it in the middle of an election.

A new Child Welfare agreement has been reached and signed by AFN and Crown. And senate has approved it in June 2019. First Nations helped co-write the Bill. maryjanemccallum.ca/media/43052/se…

But some FN reject the Bill and refuse to support it.

This radical & extremist subgroup of FN leaders and activists are the FN opposing Bill C-92 AND the request for a judicial review & stay. This group is politically supported by both NDP and GPC and are behind the indigenous activists storming Liberal functions for the past year.

They are calling attention to indigenous issues but misrepresenting the facts, demonstrably. Water quality is one issue this group has completely misrepresented publicly, with the help of Charlie Angus and Elizabeth May. I wrote a thread about it, here:

This is also the subgroup of FN advocating for full UNDRIP incorporation into the Canadian legal system, including Free Prior Informed Consent (FPIC). The NDP private member’s bill that died at prorogation of Parliament at the beginning of summer.

While UNDRIP is a noble endeavor, the impact it would have on Canada, our economy and land ownership is profound and poorly understood by the majority of Canadians.

Full implementation of UNDRIP is what this subgroup of FN is aiming for. They don’t want reconciliation and do not consider themselves Canadians. They promote segregation of FN and tell community members not to vote. This subgroup wants governance to be handed over to FN.

Not just in their traditional territories, but all Canadian land titles to be held by FN. Rendering all other Canadians, including the other three indigenous peoples (Métis, Inuit & Non Status FN) to be squatters in Northern North America; i.e. the end of Canada.

This subgroup of FN wants control of all natural resources and decisions pertaining to development. Removing federal and provincial purview and transferring it to FN. They also want compensation for past harvested natural resources, back to confederation.

So not only would every Canadian lose ownership of any land holdings, they would be responsible for trillions in compensation going back 150 years and for annual rent payments to remain in Canada. This is the FN agenda that GPC and NDP support: extreme & revolutionary.

This is why some FN are adamant that political leaders acknowledge traditional lands when meeting. And become incensed if they don’t receive proper protocol and compensation for meetings on their territory. It’s indoctrination to get Canadians to accept they are on stolen land.

But it is also to reduce resistance when FN achieve UNDRIP incorporation. Canadians will have been conditioned for years to accept themselves as foreigners in their own nation. It’s a long game plan.

I have serious doubt this long game plan was developed independently.

At the same time the two Progressive opposition parties indigenous platform ONLY includes FN, so does CPC only have policy for FN.

The Liberals are the ONLY POLITICAL PARTY with policy that includes all 4 indigenous peoples (FN, Inuit, Métis & Non Status FN).

There is also abundant evidence that covert CPC libertarian operatives are selling the merits of free markets and Austrian economics (libertarian individualism) to indigenous communities that have a limited cultural history of property rights beyond community property.

The majority of FN along the TMX pipeline have approved the pipeline. Wet’suwet’en an example how the FF industry divides and conquers. Bypassing traditional elders and petitioning band councils.

Only an indigenous insider would know who is who.

There’s also this case study by Atlas Network who partnered with Macdonald Laurier Institute demonstrating the success a committee of 20 FN leaders has had in bringing free market ideology to FN communities across Canada.

Put the activities of (CPC supported) MLI together with NDP & GPC UNDRIP goals of FN to discern the long game plan.

Libertarians, proclaiming progressive ideals under the guise of LEFT LIBERTARIANISM are pushing for adoption of free market ideology in FN communities.

The two progressive opposition parties have adopted libertarian ideology promoting anarchism principles, and theories of distributive justice. A combination of left and right libertarianism has converted the majority of FN along the TMX pipeline over the past 6-12 years.

Left Libertarianism is a new concept being promoted in Indigenous Studies across the nation. Hillel Steiner a Canadian, developed the concept of left libertarianism that promotes anti-authoritarianism or anarchy and social equality.

A recent lengthy conversation with an recruiter from within this movement informed me that’s what this FN group is working towards, societal and economic collapse. Anarchy, the absence of government. Shared communal property ownership of natural resources amongst FN only.

Bankrupting the nation would certainly create anarchy. Thus, the point of full UNDRIP implementation. Exposing FN and the remainder of Canadians to huge national security risks and replacing libertarian laissez-faire capitalism with a distributive justice allocation of goods.

That’s the universal basic income supported by NDP and GPC. But first you have to destroy the governance system. This is radical, revolutionary, anti-authoritarian and not something the vast majority of citizens want or encourage.

But that’s what the two progressive opposition parties have adopted as a central ideology. That’s why Proportional Representation is more important to them than human rights.

They want to collapse the system of governance and create a new society where all have the same freedoms and human rights aren’t required.

How likely is that utopian vision of a new form of society to be realized without massive resistance and push back from the right? Slim to none. But both opposition progressive parties are pushing this agenda. With the zeal of a benevolent dictator.

With FN in charge of natural resources, how long will it take to completely capitulate to the demands of China, US, Russia and Saudi Arabia who will offer untold billions in compensation for FN controlled resources, and for FN to accept the offer?

CPC supports anarchy also. Anarcho-capitalism. It’s the reason the three parties are working together. Reducing or minimizing government and governance to maximize liberty is the goal of all three parties. They are thus, ideologically aligned.

There are extremists on both sides of the political spectrum pushing for revolutionary social changes.

CPC wants an autocratic free market oligarchy influenced heavily by theocratic principles.

NDP/GPC want to completely deconstruct modern civilization & install a new left libertarian utopia.

And Liberals who support social democracy. I like social democracy. I don’t want a complete change of social order. I just want to keep moving on the trajectory we are on and #ChooseForward. As an indigenous person ignored by the three other political parties, #IStandWithTrudeau.

Those are the choices on the ballot.

Revolutionary radical change, or social democracy.

You get to choose. Believe the opposition whose motives are not forthright, transparent or communicated to voters.

Or social democracy. Protection of your human rights & freedom.
