Letter is not fully accurate here. House leaders and aides have spent the last two weeks emphasizing that their impeachment push is almost entirely focused on Ukraine right now because it has united the caucus unlike any other issue.
It's not a media creation that Ukraine is the centerpiece of the impeachment push right now -- it's a creation of Speaker Pelosi and top Democrats.
“This has clarity and understanding in the eyes of the American people," Pelosi said on Sept. 25. She added other articles of impeachment could be included -- but clear path was heavy focus on Ukraine.

Yovanovitch exits her deposition after 9 hours
Schiff refused to answer questions once again and declined to say when any details of the Volker/Yovanovitch testimony would be made public.

Republicans hammered on this point, saying every word should have been public.
Members are barred from discussing the substance of Yovanovitch’s testimony but Maloney gets into it a little here, saying she got emotional and had to leave the room while discussing The circumstances of her ouster by Trump.

2/ As a reminder, the premise of the little experiment was to compare 538 twitter accounts belonging to Members of Congress with an excellent list of >2300 climate scientists on Twitter created by @KHayhoe:

3/ In the original thread, I found that 47 Members of Congress had twitter accounts that were following at least one climate scientist.
