1)Yesterday, the Southern District of New York indicted two associates of Mayor Rudy Giuliani
2)Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman were arrested at Dulles Airport and charged w/ campaign finance violations

The two men, who are also American citizens, have a background in Ukraine. They helped point the Mayor in the right direction during his investigation of Ukraine interference
3)While conducting his investigation, Rudy did not meet with any active member of the Ukraine Government, until the State Dept coordinated a meeting with the Mayor and Andrey Yermak. We'll get to that later.
