1/ Real-Real - it both appears to be a dog, and is a dog as far as you, society and the veterinarian are concerned. It is therefore Real-Real. 
2/ Real-Fake -Clever Photoshop (or cgi) fake - it appears real to an objective observer, but is indeed a simulation, a fake dog.
3/ Fake-Fake - a cartoon dog, which both appears to be fake by our understanding of artificiality, and is fake in reality. Simple.
4/Fake-Real - if you had a dog that was specifically bred, groomed or perhaps genetically engineered to look artificial, but was an actual living, breathing flesh and blood dog, we might say it was Fake-Real.
