My review of the @orangeJo #fiber service. Two years ago I got a call from someone promoting a limited time offer. 29.99 for six months then 39.99

I agreed for that offer and was told that the team would visit to finish the paperwork and the connection

A team came and..
cabling was done and I was asked to sign an agreement. The terms read 39.99 and not 29.99. I refused and called the @orangeJo number. I was told that offer expired.

I refused and told them that the agreement was to connect me with that price.

Not reaching an agreement, I..
refused to sign and continued my provider service from @Umniah 4G service.

Fast forward to last month. I visited the @orangeJo shop in Abdali. A shamble of an operation, there is a ticket queue system in place but three amateur staffers were juggling clients in a very haphazard
manner. I was told that I would get a call to schedule an appointment in the coming week.

I got a call, not from @orangeJo but from the outsourced contractor who was coming to do the cabling.

I told him that I already have the cabling done. They insisted on removing the old..
cables (black) and installing new ones (white) and then left. I asked why that needed to be done and if the cables' lifetime is really that short.

I was told that they wouldn't be paid by @orangejo unless they did the whole work..
I was told that within the hour another "welding" team will follow. After three hours when no one called, I left. A few hours later, I get another call from another contractor.

They came and did the "welding" work. It was funny how they held on the line for the @orangeJo staff.
to activate the service, the @orangejo staff were rude to the contractor and seemed to penalize my activation because the team where nagging them.

Be that as it may, I got my 200 Mbps service. The next morning, I woke up to find an orange light on my box. I called the number..
On the fiber box and was told to hold. I held for a total of thirty minutes that day. Then I got a decent @orangeJo employee who asked me to unplug and replug.

Today, I got the same error but unplug and replug didn't work. I called all the numbers for fiber that I knew...
5515515 4608888 4621660. I kept being told to unplug and replug. When that didn't work, I was politely told that I need to wait.

Again and again. When the replug didn't work, I was told that within. 48 hours, I will be contacted.

@orangeJo 48 hours is such a low bar to set.
This means that for this weekend, I might not have internet. I have a 2 year commitment with them and this is what I get treated to. On top of this my landline is now VOIP, which means that I lost that too.

No internet, no landline. @orangeJo needs to make sure that I don't...
file a complaint with the @TRCJO and go back to 4G from @Umniah(Still active BTW)

@oramgejo had a better customer service team and Technical support when they sold us ADSL twenty years ago.

Finally, since I am paying per month, do they really expect me to pay for the days..
Without service, that would be ridiculous, wouldn't it @orangeJo
