@puddleg @fleroy1974 he mentions 'major' food sources but makes no mention of meat. he just says protein sources. 'added sugar' and 'added fats' are food groups acc. to him!. He says India is a good 'example' because a lot of protein source comes from plants. This shows such poor understanding (2)

He should just be honest and say that is pretty much what this whole thing is all about instead of using words like ethical and moral.
