2/14 As others testified, Vindman was a good bureaucrat, and in Spring 2019 (p4) "became aware of outside influencers promoting a false narrative of Ukraine inconsistent with the consensus views of the interagency ... harmful to U . S . government policy." Everyone notices this.
3/14 Vindman echoes Taylor testimony of how worrisome July 10, 2019 meeting w/ Ukranian official Oleksandr Danylyuk, was. Perry, Bolton, Vindman listen as Sondland "emphasized the importance that Ukraine deliver the investigations into the 2016 election, the Bidens, and Burisma."

2/ Amb. Taylor says (p3) he met with Pompeo on May 28 when he was asked to become acting Ambassador after Yovanovich was sacked, and made clear that he understood why she was sacked, and that he wasn't going to come in unless Pompeo could assure Giuliani would have no role.
3/ Taylor says (p. 4) that upon arriving in Kiev he found two policy making channels, "one regular," ie the normal embassy chain of command, and one highly irregular" consisting of Volker, Sondland, Perry and Giuliani, a "shadow" policy group making its own decisions.

1/5 There is an interesting history behind the telephone excise tax, which in the 1960s was a focus of anti-war and pacifist war tax refusers. nwtrcc.org/programs-event…
2/5 The Catholic worker and war tax refuser (who I lived with for a while) Karl Meyer in 1966 began urging war opponents to refuse to pay their phone taxes as a way of protesting the Vietnam War. The War Resisters League began promoting telephone tax refusal that year.
3/5 According to the War Resisters League “Telephone tax resistance grew to an estimated half million people by 1972.” For years, ATT would try and cut service to war tax refusers, but Meyer sued ATT in the 1970s and won a federal suit saying it was up the the IRS to collect.

AU idea I've been toying with writing, kinda blurry on the details. Might take me a while to type it all out since I'm kind of preoccupied atm

NurseConnor gets hired by Hank because he needs extra help taking care of Cole.
Being Lieutenant and on the homicide division leaves him with unpredictable hours, and he feels bad having to call his neighbors at 2 or 4 in the morning if he gets called in, especially with Coles unpredictable condition and with the type of care he requires.
Cole is epileptic, has been since he was a baby, and Hank's ex-wife is less than helpful when it comes to helping her husband and caring for her son. Hank just wants someone to be with Cole when he can't, in case there's an emergency.

I read about some interesting #Corruption indicators and found them #TooGoodNotToShare ..

Surely worth a read and a self examination..

1 If you usually put more sugar in your tea when in a hotel than you do at home, You are likely to be corrupt..
2 If you use more tissue in a public washroom than you do at home, you are a potential thief if given an opportunity.

3 If you serve yourself more food that you can't finish just because someone else is footing the bill, you are greedy.
4 If u usually jump queues, you will potentially abuse office, if given a powerful position

5 If you’re more concerned about knowing someone's surname & not first name,you're likely to be a tribal bigot.Its even worse when someone tells you their name &u ask,WHICH TRIBE IS THAT?
