@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 1. This movie is a part of an Anti-African American agenda by Hollywood. Most ppl see all black ppl the same, they won't catch it. What's happening is, they are constantly undermining African Americans be having non-African Ams representing us, going from movies to politics.
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 2. These non-Afr Ams, actually despise Afr Ams, but they are selected by white liberals to represent them, because they are docile and will aid in their agendas.

Take Obama for example. He was the first biracial president, but he wasn't the first African American president.
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 3. Obama had absolutely ZERO connection to the African American experience. He lived his entire life through the lense of white America and partly Asian.

Black ppl supported him in record breaking numbers, yet, when it came time, he did nothing to fix our condition.
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 4. Obama did not see himself as one of us, so he did not understand our condition, nor did he feel no obligation to fix it. He sympathized more with white America, and that is who he benefited more.

He was against reparations, & at the same time, ppl felt he was our reparations
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 5. A lot of the Congressional Black Caucus is not African American, but is Carribean or African. And do nothing to actually represent our issues.

I'm saying all this to say that skin color alone doesn't equal true representation.
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 6. This brings me to Cynthia Erivo. She is a British Nigerian. She has ZERO connection with African American history. Which means she doesn't hold the spirit of the African American struggle. That said, she has no business representing Harriet Tubman properly.
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 7. Cynthia Erivo has been on record for holding negative views of African Americans. Yet, she has built a large part of her career playing as African Americans. These projects she takes part of are only for her personal benefit, not to truly represent African Americans.
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 8. Now for the insidious part of it all.

Viola Davis was supposed to be playing the role of Harriet Tubman. An African American that actually was born on a plantation. She would have been perfect for this role. Yet she was intentionally not casted.

@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 9. This Harriet Tubman movie was meant 2 undermine the original project. There is a pattern going in Hollywood to have Afr Am heroes 2 B played by non African Americans. Such as the Selma movie, played by David Oyelowo, a Brit Nigerian playing Dr MLK jr.

@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 10. Singer Aretha Franklin, wanted the singer, Jennifer Hudson to play her in a movie about her life.

Then comes Cynthia Erivo ready to take the part. This certainly can't be a coincidence.

@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 11. Why is the liberal establishment making such an effort to control African American history, using non Afr Ams who have no connection to our history?

Some Nigerian ancestors were involved in the selling of slaves, so how do we know if she descended from these slave traders?
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 12. My Great-Grandfather, the Nigerian Slave-Trader

@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 13. Question is, why is someone that could have possibly descended from the ancestors that was responsible for Harriet Tubman's condition, representing her in a movie?
@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 14. Another layer to this controversy is that this movie is ultimately a production of Comcast, a major corporation that is currently working to systematically destroy Civil Rights for African Americans by challenging the Civil Rights Act of 1866.

@DanMajdali @APLO3000 @AMCArtisanFilms @AMCTheatres 15. So many African Americans are waking up to the agenda being played on us. Since arriving to the US, African Americans have been re-enslaved in one way or another. Constantly being attacked economically.

This is Y Many of us won't support this movie.
