Sergei Millian is lying his ass off about Mueller. Here's what the report actually said about him:

Papadopoulos, who now wants to be a Congressman, claims he has "no recollection" of the offer of "disruptive technology that might be instrumental in your political work for the campaign"
It's absolutely shocking to me that NOBODY has asked Papadopoulos about these offers. Millian, as noted above, is a coward and a) isn't an American as he claims and b) was too scared to talk to Mueller despite their intense interest in him.
