@OmarSShakir @hrw Every democracy including US, Canada, Australia & Germany have laws to bar entry of individuals who engage in racism or seek to promote harm to the country, all the more so when the activity is systematic, prolonged, qualitative and wide-ranging. The Court did rule that.. 2/3
@OmarSShakir @hrw HRW as an organization is free to request the employment of another rep who is not involved "up to their neck in BDS activity." While I don't know if it's wise for Israel to bar your entry, but clearly the Supreme Court ruled your activity was not "human rights" work. 3/3
