Don't hold your breath: Closed door testimony from Michael Duffey, the deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget plus Wells Griffith, dir. of energy policy for the National Security Council, also scheduled today but neither are expected to appear.

It is very unlikely Mulvaney will appear, but to build case for obstruction, you begin by asking everyone to show up.

@CourthouseNews The White House spin on the transcripts banks on people not reading anything for themselves. It is directly contrary to the testimony produced by administration officials. I so look forward to public hearings.
