i’ve witnessed so much gross misconduct and brutality from UNC PD that i’m only mostly certain that was the same day a UNC cop dragged another protester to the ground by the neck, taking me down with them, and choked that stranger into submission on top of me.
i was too rattled by that experience to have the presence of mind to photograph the blood smeared across the doors to the building where they were holding arrestees.
it’s almost funny to me how many times i’ve watched UNC cops handle white supremacists with kid gloves before assaulting antiracists and then they have the gall to publish a report like this!
