This sequence of questions to Fiona Hill links the first sale of Javelins in 2018 to a series of actions in Ukraine that were detrimental to the Mueller investigation is pretty interesting.
I missed this last month. Per the New York Review of Books, a classified State Dept. report says Giuliani's pal Yuri Lutsenko helped Konstantin Kilimnik escape from Ukraine to Russia in 2018 after the Special Counsel's investigation indicted him. nybooks.com/daily/2019/10/…
NYRB's reporting that the escape happened post-indictment is at odds w/ some things in the record. First, the Special Counsel's investigation said Kilimnik was "currently based in Russia" as of Dec 2017, months before they indicted him the following June. nytimes.com/interactive/20…
Second, in a May 2018 article--i.e. published before Kilimnik's indictment--NYT reported that Ukrainian law enforcement had allowed Kilimnik to leave Ukraine for Russia sometime in June 2017. nytimes.com/2018/05/02/wor…
Nevertheless, what Dr. Hill's testimony appears to support is that there is an undiclosed US govt report about the circumstances of Kilimnik's flight from Ukraine to Russia.
