What is JUSTICE?

It does not contain the sub-categories “natural justice” and “social justice”. These ideas are OPPOSED.

NATURAL JUSTICE is what we TRADITIONALLY mean by Justice.

SOCIAL JUSTICE is a DIFFERENT INTERPRETATION of Justice.

That is, the aim of Social Justice is to ABOLISH Justice and to replace it with another thing.

Social Justice is anti-Justice.

Social Justice reputidates Justice, because it aims to replace Justice, something natural, with itself, a social construct.

Justice in objective. It is the same for all, everywhere.

Social Justice is—in the ancient formula—“a regarder of persons”. It needs to know WHO you are before it can “give Justice.” WHAT YOU DID is secondary or even irrelevant.

The Greek word is προσωπολημψία [prosōpolēpsia]. If you don’t understand this, Romans 2:11 is apt to sound strange:

“For there is no respect of persons with God."

What this says is that there is no προσωπολημψία with God.

A contemporary English expression of προσωπολημψία is “One rule for me, another rule for thee.”

So, for example, progressive SJWs call for “hate speech” laws, and THEN they cry “foul!” when they are banned for hate speech.

This is because, in their minds, their speech CANNOT BE hate speech. The rule does not apply to them.

Another example of προσωπολημψία is the progressive claim that “black people cannot be racist.”

Here we have an evil, racism, which is de facto regarded as THE GREATEST EVIL by many in the modern world—and a class of people NOW DEEMED incapable of it.

To take the most extreme example, if a black nation developed an ideology almost identical to Nazism (Wakanda, say) and wiped out all white people in death camps, in an act of racial genocide—would this act of racial genocide by “racist”?

Not according to progressive justice.

I give a third example, the case of Rodney Reed in Texas. He is on death row, scheduled to be executed in 11 days, on the 20th.

A young woman was murdered—raped and strangled—and Rodney Reed’s semen was found in her corpse. He has a history of attacking women, beating them, and has been accused of at least seven sexual assaults prior to the rape/murder in question.

When asked of he knew the victim, he said no. He said he never heard of her. After conviction, he changed his story and claims she was his secret girlfriend.His new story just happens to explain the damning fact that his semen was found in the corpse of a rape/murder victim.

On the strength of THESE things, a jury convicted him and sentenced him to death.

BUT

BUT … he is black and the jury was all white and the victim was white.

SO … to a certain breed of progressive, he CANNOT be guilty.

Now, they are not so far gone as to simply, openly exempt black people from criminal actions (yet) — so they must construct a NEW NARRATIVE in which he is innocent.

So we see, right now, a progressive movement to free Rodney Reed. The very FACT of JUSTICE, that he is to be punished for his evil acts of rape and murder is UNJUST to them—because they are “respecters of persons.”

He is black and he (only) raped and murdered a WHITE girl.

What Intersectionalism calls “identity” is what the ancients called “person” — and it is something that is IRRELEVANT to Justice in the traditional sense, and ALWAYS RELEVANT to Social Justice.

WHO YOU ARE makes all the difference in WHAT YOU DESERVE in social justice.

In traditional or Natural Justice, only WHAT YOU DID matters.

Traditionally it was the aristocracy that demanded προσωπολημψία, respect of person: “You can’t put me on trial like a mere COMMONER!”

In Social Justice this becomes e.g. “You can't put me, a black, on trial like a mere WHITE!”

Or “You can’t put me, a woman, on trial like a mere MAN.”

You see the pattern.

“Die trans scum” would be seen as a clear expression of HATE SPEECH.

“Die cis scum” is seen as fine. Even good, because “empowering.”

We don’t need to speculate. We have dozens or hundreds of examples right here on Twitter, where something is said about men or white people, and someone else has Tweeted the EXACT SAME THING except with ‘women’ or ‘black people’ swapped—and been banned.

So, BEWARE of Social Justice.

It is NOT Justice.

It is in fact the ENEMY of Justice.

Because it is an unjust form of REPLACEMENT Justice.

Its sin is προσωπολημψία, to base judgments of Justice on WHO someone is (THEIR IDENTITY) rather than THEIR ACTIONS.

We saw where this goes in the USSR.

It goes to the Gulag.

“Did you murder?”
“Yes.”
“Are you a member of the Communist Party?”
“Yes.”
“Alright then.”

“Did you murder?”
“No.”
“Are you a member of the Communist Party?”
“No.”
“To the Gulag!”

Remember when the LGBTQ+ Society at Goldsmith’s University called for “TERFs” to be sent to Gulags?

I do:

“The ideas of TERFS and anti-trans bigots literally *kill* and must be eradicated through re-education.”

They were students, but this is indicative of what they’d DO if they had power.

And progressives want to lower the voting age to 16. How long before we start to have 16-year-olds running for office?

Mentally, AOC is already there.

Young people are inexperienced at life. This makes them VERY BAD at the virtue of JUSTICE, which takes a good deal of life experience, since Justice requires JUDGMENT.

The ‘Youth Courts’ were places of utter terror and the most brutal injustice.
