/ THREAD: Jim Jordan at today's Impeachment Hearing.

Note Jim Jordan's Jaw Jutting forward. This is a signal of an adrenaline surge (The dimpling and furrows on the anterior surface of his chin make this easier to see straight-on).

/ Rep. Jordan is also displaying what is known as an Inward Lip Roll. This signifies the psyche's attempt at suppressing strong emotions from growing — not only in an outward display on the face and body, but also in trying to minimize an inward crescendo in the mind...
/ In this case, Mr. Jordan is trying to suppress his significant Anger.
/ Notice Jordan's extreme nostril-flaring too — also a signal of an adrenaline surge.
/ Because his Inward Lip Roll is coupled with a Jaw Jut, the tissue above the upper lip (mustache area) and below the lower lip bunch-up.
/ This particular tissue bunching signals frustration (More commonly with an inward lip roll, the lips are pinched between the upper and lower teeth).
/ Looking over one's glasses projects a condescending and arrogant emotional tone — something which is not recommended (although, in this contentious setting, Jordan may very well desire to telegraph these feelings). Blended or lined-bifocals are an easy remedy to this problem.
/ Jim Jordan's eyes (eyelids) are opened widely. This is occurring simultaneously with elevated eyebrows and a forehead contracted across its entire width. All of these findings are congruent with his above-noted high-adrenaline emotions of anger and frustration.
/ Although we cannot see his hands, given the above nonverbal cluster, with high-likelihood, they are in a fist or a fist-like configuration.
/ SUMMARY: Jim Jordan is both angry and frustrated. In this context, these findings are suggestive of difficulties with impulse control.
