Yesterday someone set up @disneyplus account with my email address & a new password request appeared in my inbox. I was able to easily reset it myself, and now that account is comprised. But this thread is actually worse, because it is about @FirstStopHealth's security flaws 1/5
.@FirstStopHealth is a health care provider that allows patients to call in and talk to doctors and receive care & prescriptions, etc. A helpful business model, I'm sure. Today, I received a password reset request in my inbox, but I've never used the service. 2/5
I clicked the link, which took me to @FirstStopHealth's website where I was able to simply enter a new password. The account is now compromised, and I have full access to this patient's medical record, including personal data such as name, DOB, phone, address, etc...PLUS...3/5
This patient's medical history on @FirstStopHealth's dashboard, including prescriptions, current medical conditions, and.....wait for it.....recordings of their phone calls with the doctor stored on the platform. 4/5
So, @FristStopHealth & @disneyplus & everyone else: please add better security to end the ability to take over an account simply because someone entered my email by mistake. I will take steps to close these accounts, but this is a major problem. 5/5

@disneyplus @FirstStopHealth To @FirstStopHealth's credit, I contacted them via their website and they called within 5 minutes and are taking steps to remove my email from the account. But the account security flaw needs attention...
