Another thread, hopefully, it can be somewhat helpful to some people who really need it
It is helpful for any of you guys in building your business or career, and especially personal development

This thread is for you if you are especially struggling in building a new income stream.
Or feeling like giving up.

The tip is about compounding growth/effect when it comes to success and achievements. Compounding growth can apply to a lot of areas in life.

If you can understand this concept, and become aware of it, you can definitely achieve great things and be less likely to quit early.

Do you ever see successful people in life and wonder how gifted they are or how much of a genius they might be. I can tell you one of the biggest contributing factors to their success is compounding growth.

An example you social media folks can understand: A successful YouTuber. This is a typical scenario. They start out recording hundreds of videos, almost for free or for peanuts. They interact with every viewer they have. They spend hundreds of hours engaging with them.

And slowly they get a following, even for a year or two sometimes they might not even have 20k subscribers or make 20k in profit. Out of nowhere though they build crazy traction, all the momentum they built over the years explodes and they start thriving as a YouTuber.

It isn’t because they went viral, nor a miracle. It is because of their growth compounding. If you really keep at something, invest in it, stay committed, over time you will succeed.

A viewer might think their job is easy, and even try to duplicate it themselves, not aware of the struggles it took, they fail almost all the time

What I am trying to say is that building career/business is a longterm game. It is like investing money in stocks and compound interest making you a millionaire.
It is unlikely that you will produce huge gains in a short amount of time. The hours you put in will add up.

Being consistent with small things leads to big things down the road. The key is consistency. But, this is where most of us fall down. as well as looking for instant success and gratification.

Imagine a fish in a pond. If just one of those fish has a little bit of a size advantage, they will surely get more food. As it eats more food than the others, it will outgrow them, and become the leader. Basically, take every single opportunity that comes your way,

and turn it into an advantage. Don’t look at others at the top, and think you can’t make it. You have to work on your advantages, create small changes, that will loopback success, and build momentum. Your success will then steadily cascade into something remarkable

You can understand this concept much better using the example of a Chinese bamboo tree. This tree, like all other trees, requires nurturing, water, fertile soil, and sunlight. unexpectedly though this tree doesn’t show signs of growing not even in 1, 3, or even 4 years.

You might think nothing is happening, nothing is working. However in the 5th year, the tree will show growth, and suddenly within 6 weeks, it grows from 0inches to 80 feet. For five years it didn’t even grow a tiny bit, but suddenly in a short period of time grew in a big way.

Just like those youtube viewers/fans, thinking making videos is easy, don’t think that this tree grew magically. All those years under the soil where no one could see it, it was building a foundation, developing a root system for support.

This is a really perfect example. Not only in your business, career, but also in every aspect of your life, the most important being personal development.

Simply plant your seeds of success, soak up all the sunlight, water, nutrients.Take in all the failures, all the lost money, long hours, endless mistakes,every new bit of knowledge.Stay on your path consistently, BE PATIENT,and one day you WILL harvest beautiful and tasty fruits

This is what it means to go from zero to a hundred real quick.

Some other/random thoughts. Guys, it’s not about what you know, its’s what you do with what you know. You can be a genius at something, or know the know-how on how to make money but never do it. So whatever knowledge you have, use it, act on it.

Again, it’s not about what you know, it’s about who you know as well. This is also important. I didn’t always put enough focus into networking and I was wrong. Building relationships is so important.

The compounding effect works in networking as well. Keep networking, build relationships, and all those pieces of relationships will one day coalesce into a great opportunity, a life-changing opportunity.
