Unique Business Ideas.
Some people here aren’t too tech-savvy, so I’ll share some unique service-based business ideas that you can start doing locally

Unique businesses make a lot of money because they are not extremely saturated and if you specialize in an area you can really make good 💰💰💰

*keep in my mind, although you won't be making millions with this, the goal is to scale and expand it later.

Now the first couple of really unique businesses are a bit similar and incorporate the word mobile. The world is getting more and more lazier, and some people are really taking advantage of this and bringing services straight to people's homes.

You can start a mobile barber van/hair salon- if you know how to cut hair.

A mobile sauna bus. help people sweat off some fat.

A mobile gaming bus 🚎 - for kids birthdays 🎂. this is getting popular. You build a bus with big TVs, PlayStations,Xbox , photo booths for birthdays.

take a look at this guy. Took this farfetched idea of a boxing gym inside a bus, and is making a killing. Offering stuff like boxing classes, self-defense, and boot camp training. Now some big-name companies in his town are scheduling him for employee activities.

You can do a similar thing with boat tours. much better in my opinion and more relaxing.
Boat tours⛵️:start giving people boat tours and slowly expand and grow. You can offer really unique services like personalized cruises, offer scuba diving, teach classes like sailing, fishing

You can attract a lot of people for a boat tours, like tourists, couples, photographers, students.

Take that simple boat tour, if you become successful, document everything, improve some more, make a system, and hire some people and work on running multiple boats.
if you make it big, you can keep investing in yourself and upgrade to a yacht, I'm serious, this is possible.

If you are smart, with all these mobile businesses, you can offer to companies and advertising agencies, a Mobile Billboard Service.

You can also sell candy and snacks. I know some uber drivers that make a killing selling candy in their car.

Another unique business you can start doing is Training company employees different stuff like computer training, English, etc.
I know one guy reached out to multiple companies to offer a citizenship training program to their vast immigrant employees. He got an offer from a union

and now he, and his team are offering the training to a whole lot more people than just one company.
*one thing to note, you don't have to offer crazy difficult programs. Just offering basic computer training to companies employees is doable
(especially companies with immigrants)

Another one that isn't really unique tho is opening a Coin-Operated Laundry. It is extremely popular because it can be passive. Some people hear that word and flock to it, and fail. Forget passive income, you should always go above and beyond.

Offer really unique services at whatever business you have to make more money. At your laundry you can offer TV, vending gaming machines. Offer free Wifi, coffee stations, and don't forget you can turn your laundry into a store, sell laundry related products, even candy lol

🚨 Here's a big tip🚨 that took me a long time to realize.
Having an abundant mindset. This is a big topic, but when it comes to business I found out, customers are really abundant, no one business can take everyone.
you can copy a flourishing business and improve it even more.

If you can offer something more unique than your neighboring businesses, people will choose to stay with you.

Lastly for the people who think, what? I can't afford to get into any of these businesses yet. Well you can start small and save up and upgrade when you are ready.

Quick story one of the 1st jobs I mentioned was a mobile gaming bus, this was inspired by my ex-neighbor ( dude moved and is living somewhere nicer now lol)
He quit his job five years ago, because of the high stress. Decided he wanted to do fun stuff from now on and live his life

stress-free. But he couldn't afford much, and for whatever reason, he loved kids and interacting with them. So he started acting/dressing up as a clown at birthday parties and schools( I could never do this, you have to have a passion for it haha)

To make this short, half a year of doing that he upgraded (invested in himself with his hard-worked money)and switched to offering bounce/jump house rentals, then bought the ones with water slides, and made 💰doing that. They are really cheap, not kidding.

He started growing bit by bit and hired some people and they were going on appointments and delivering those bounce houses while he did some himself. After two years he UPGRADED again to gaming bus. which is more expensive but less work.

People schedule him constantly for their kid's party, and he and his wife have fun all day going to birthday parties. The path that he took to buy this was a struggle. I kid you not, he literally pulls up to his rental appointments and sits in lawn chair watching the kids.

He slowed down, and doesn't even offer really crazy services to go along with his bus, but for now, everything is going great for him.
( I would have had like whole mobile store come along with my bus and sell to these families and their kids.)

summary
- Unique businesses are worth a try
- Offer better services than your competitors
-Think outside the box, even ask your customers what they would like
- Nothing wrong with copying a successful business
- Even if your business is really small, you can always grow it.

If you have a 9 to 5 job, and don't have any clue what you want to do.
- Study, research all day.learn something
- learn from someone who is already doing it.(important)
- Most importantly invest in yourself.
- Never ever forget that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
ANYTHING IS ACHIEVABLE
